Yoga classes include gentle powerful asanas and also, at the end of the classes, plenty of Yoga Nidra , which means relaxation so that many people say that after the class they feel as if they have been on a long holiday. Everyone who loves yoga is more than welcome .

Here is an example of one of our relaxations : Listen to the voice of the divine . When you listen to the voice of the divine your heart will open and all your desires will anticlockwise upwards into the BLISS of a piercing BLUE sky where side by side with the angels you will lead your life with a peaceful , unstoppable , peerless precision . Listen to the voice of the divine . When you listen to the voice of the divine your mind will empty of all thoughts and all your lust and opinions will spiral clockwise downwards into the BLISS of a cool GREEN valley , where the grass is GREEN , the flowers are scented .. the sun shines & smiles .. a waterfall cascades lazily down the side of a mountain ravine . Let lust clockwise downwards through an empty mind into the fertile womb of the earth where the loyal follower moves with his sword like a peerless knight of the round table through the gateway of evil .. unharmed by .. and totally alert to .. the dangers of war .. to protect the chastity of the lady of the Lake .. who holds the sword excalibur safely below the waters .. but gives it to & receives it back from .. the one who knows himself .. the true Arthurian Leader .. this family of knights .. with discipline and loyalty .. follow him to objective BLISS . From now on whenever you hear the voice of the divine .. you will go deeper into this voice .. go on .. go deeper into this voice .. and follow .. spiral bissfully downwards through an empty mind into the fertile womb of the earth . Imagine a soothing RED light sweeping over you, taking it all away . First over your toes and then they relax and the tension slips away .. Then spreading over your feet and they relax .. Feel the MEDIALLY STRONG DIRECTION of this RED light .. as it travels up the inside of your thighs into the womb of your empty mind and up your spine into the fireplace of your open heart .. everything it touches relaxes. Now it surrounds your fingers .. Your hands .. Your arms .. Up to your neck and shoulders .. Let this warm, pleasant RED light engulf you .. Picture yourself facing down a long RED corridor .. The walls are RED .. The floor is RED and the ceiling is RED There are no doors or windows .. There are no markings of any kind, just plain RED walls ..This RED corridor stretches farther than you can see It stretches deep into your unconscious mind .. You come to the end of the RED corridor .. Beyond it, all is RED .. Step into complete bliss and relaxation ..
